Sistahs In Silence (S.I.S.) experiences offer the chance to enter into sacred rest and enjoy the release, restoration, and rejuvenation needed to reset your personal rhythm.
Sistahs In Silence creates a safe and sacred space for women of color to gather. In these spaces and experiences, there is no need to be strong. There is no need to be on guard. There is no need to take care of others. S.I.S. experiences are designed to be times when you are truly free to catch your breath or to simply remind yourself to breathe.
For each S.I.S. experience, I partner with other women of color who are healers and practitioners to use culturally relevant wisdom and traditions to help women of color pause, heal, and transform. Our circle of sisters works together to evoke soul healing and hold space for you as you experience the following:
I know a single experience cannot solve everything that weighs on you. What I can do, with the help of my sistah healers, is hold space for you to meditate and experience a natural and sacred lightness. We can get you started. We can give you the tools to keep what we teach you going. So come. Lay down all that you carry, even if only for a moment. Allow yourself a bit of time to connect to the personal quiet of your weary and worthy soul.

- Reconnect to joy, pleasure, and bliss.
