In all I do, I focus on bringing people and ideas together. I love to take on challenges and projects that provide me the opportunity to lift the voices and share the stories of cultural and geographic communities that are systemically and circumstantially silenced.
In 2016, I launched Soul Light Collaborative, an entity committed to the healing and transformation of individuals, organizations, and communities. Soul Light Collaborative is a commitment between entrepreneurs to work together on causes and projects we believe can and will change the world for the better. We believe in providing our clients with processes and products designed to do difficult work while ensuring everyone’s dignity and respect remain intact. Before launching Soul Light Collaborative, I served as the president of Nyawela Consulting and in various roles in education, foundations, and for profit companies. Over the course of my career I have served as a high school teacher, curriculum designer, professional facilitator, university administrator and as senior leadership responsible local and national teams. In each role I have been lucky enough to act as an inspiration monger, manifestation strategist, and collaborator. I count it among the great privileges of my life work in service to and partnership with innovators and change-makers committed to lifting that which is joy-filled, just, equitable and good. |
