Authentic Community Engagement (A.C.E.) manifests as partnering with communities directly to create processes and products that leave people feeling valued and supported in their effort to manifest their own destiny.  When we work in communities we have to be willing and committed to collaborating, sharing power and listening. Then we have to take what we learn and have aligned actions that ensure communities feel seen, heard and honored in ways that look and feel respectful to them.

This is where A.C.E. workshops come in. In A.C.E. workshops I  work with you and your team to:

• Understand the fundamentals of collaboration,
  
• Introduce six key culturally responsive leadership practices, and
  
• Share a model for community engagement that is both authentic and proven.
  

Focused work in these three areas helps you develop the skill needed to honor everyone involved, build trust, and create momentum while achieving mutually beneficial goals and outcomes.
