A Special Commitment

Experience has shown that the impact of my clients’ work is amplified when the values and methods I teach are shared across multiple fields, companies, and organizations within a single community. I have also learned that these approaches can become embedded in a community when they are practiced for extended periods of time. To that end, I’ve committed to prioritizing and heavily investing my efforts in three communities over the next ten years. The three communities are Seattle, Chicago, and Phoenix. Each community, although different, is in the midst of historic transformation. Prioritizing them is simply a recognition of the belief that each has the power and potential to create a destiny of their own making different from the one in which historical habits of growth and change lead.

I should probably mention I have a personal connection with each of these cities. I have lived and loved there, and I believe in the unlimited potential of each.
