"Women, if the soul of the nation is to be saved, I believe that you must become its soul."
Soul Light Collaborative is committed to the collective healing and transformation of individuals, organizations, and communities. We are a collaboration of soul-based entrepreneurs who love what we do and those we serve. We choose to work on causes and project that move us and challenge us to manifest the world in which we want to live. And because we believe are better together, we work with one another every chance we get.
Our business model uses a growing network of individually owned companies who come together to form a dream team for each client. With every project we create a handpicked dream team. We keep things fun and fresh by always making sure everyone on a project is personally invested and excited about the work.
Our collaborative members lead really smart organizations and are highly experienced, senior-level leaders. We are also artists, volunteers, family members, parents, partners, and world-changing innovators. Each of us continues to learn and actively participate as experts in our designated fields. And, because we also value our personal lives, we focus our time, attention, and intentions on who and what we love and the communities to which we belong.
Members of the Soul Light Collaborative have shared values and beliefs that guide who and how we serve. Together, we form a wide circle of knowledge and experience ready to be of benefit to you, your community, and your team.
Here's a bit more about the Soul Light Collaborative members.
Jennifer has a gift for naming deep truths with sensitivity, acumen and love. Her work allows people and organizations to get unstuck and grow in unexpected ways towards their greatest and wildest dreams. Her ability to teach people to access their intuitive wisdom and apply it to their leadership approach comes through a practice of somatic understanding and voracious learning. She brings insights from nearly a decade in higher education; where she served in a variety of catalytic roles within global health, career development and community building.
Jennifer wants people to feel safe, supported and seen when they are with her. And while she leads embodied movement experiences in a variety of disciplines including dance, martial arts and yoga, her favorite dance is the Time Warp from Rocky Horror Picture Show. Everyone loves that she laughs with wild abandon and is always willing to join them for coffee, dessert and chocolate – unwilling to force herself to choose between any of them as though they are either/or options. Jennifer was born and raised in the Bronx, NY, and lives in Laguna Nigel, California.

Tai’s superpower is her ability to create—with ease, flair and panther-like precision— exceptional experiences and events. She has a gift for anticipating, and then executing, a constellation of details large and small that make complex logistical acts feel seamless and delightful. Her expertise has been honed by nearly 20 years in the luxury hospitality industry and as the daughter of a large family that hails from Houston, TX, and the Philippines.
Multigenerational family gatherings are the wellspring of Tai’s creative energy. She funnels the feelings of connection and joy into experiences, creating a balance of giving and receiving for all participants. If Tai were in a band she’d be a bass player. We like to say she holds things down and keeps them steady. At the same time, she is prone to break into a Tango or line dance when compelled. Tai is most impressed with herself when she trains and eventually runs marathons. She’s currently training for the Athens marathon, having already completed Paris, Seattle, and New York. Tai was born in Houston and raised in Seattle, Washington, her current and beloved home.

I had the pleasure of working with Soul Light during a year-long period of Department-wide mission/vision setting and strategic planning. As the process unfolded, the Soul Light team gently wove in strategies and practices that pushed our team's comfort level, thinking, and ways of interacting with one another. Recognizing that the entire process was much more than just a simple strategic mapping activity, the Soul Light team made themselves available to all staff for individual follow-up as needed.
